The Factory
Production
Every Alessandro Pierre surfboard is born in our Seignosse workshop. From blank cutting to final quality control, everything is done in-house by our team.
We produce our surfboards in our own factory based in Seignosse. The workshop has been built with modern tools and enough space for our team, friends and family. The production line is based on Alessandro Pierre's years of knowledge.
Only the surfboards with the highest quality standards will leave our factory. Each board gets a final inspection by Sandro.

From shape to ocean
Every step matters
Shaping
Alessandro shapes every board combining the precision of APS3000 technology with an expert finish. The rocker, rails, concave: every detail is adjusted to the millimeter.
Signature
Once the shape is done, Alessandro signs every board by hand and writes its dimensions on the blank. The shaper's mark: every board is unique and approved by him.
Fin Plugs
Fin and leash plugs are routed and set into the board. Alignment and angles are set to the millimetre: this is what guarantees how the fin setup performs.
Painting & Artwork
Our doors are open for talented artists around the world. We support creativity and are always happy to see the results of a custom board.
Glassing
Every step of production is an in-house process. Our co-workers are experienced to deliver the best results in glassing.
Sanding
After glassing, each board is hand-sanded to achieve a perfectly smooth surface. It's meticulous work requiring precision and patience: tolerances are measured in fractions of a millimeter.
Quality Control
Every surfboard which is finished in production gets a final quality control to ensure we are 100% happy with the result.

The Showroom
Next to the workshop, our showroom lets you see and feel the boards before buying. The full range is on display, from stock models to customs awaiting delivery. It's also the perfect place to discuss your next board with Alessandro.
Europe
Shipping across Europe
Each board is carefully packed in a reinforced protective bag and rigid cardboard. We ship to France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and the UK. You can also pick up your board directly at the workshop.

Shaping workshop
Learn to shape your own board
The workshop also hosts shaping courses in small groups of 3 to 4 participants, with a session every month or two. You build your surfboard from start to finish with Alessandro.
