From shape to ocean
1. Consultation
We discuss your level, your waves, your preferences. In person at the workshop or by phone.
2. Design & Shape
Alessandro designs your shape on APS3000, to the millimetre, then refines every detail. Tail, rails, fin setup choices.
3. Glassing & Finishing
Lamination, sanding, custom artwork if you want. Final quality control.
4. Delivery
Pick up your board at the workshop or delivery across Europe.

Custom boards start at 710 EUR. Price varies by size, construction (PU/EPS), glassing and options (carbon patch, artwork, polish). You receive a detailed quote within 48h.
What is the production time?
Allow 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity and order backlog. Each board is built one at a time in the Seignosse workshop, with no mass production.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, we deliver across Europe: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, UK, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.
How do I choose the right dimensions?
